Conditions:

• All studios have a 2-hour minimum, including 15 minutes of setup time.

• Studio time is billed in 15-minute segments beyond the minimum requirement.

• Sessions involving a larger crew and requiring more setup time will necessitate an itemized estimate.

• Bookings with new clients requires a credit card to be on file.

• Remote Zoom/Riverside setup add $150/session

To reserve any of our video studios, clients may hold a studio for up to 48 hours before the rental date. If the booking is not confirmed within 48 hours of the reservation date, the studio hold will no longer be valid. Should another client wish to book on the same date, the holding client will have the first right of refusal. However, if the new client is ready to confirm the rental date and the holding client cannot commit, StagePost reserves the right to offer the rental dates to another client. Reserve your space below or by phone.
